A Bit About Me

Look, I'm not another fitness influencer who's going to tell you to drink celery juice and think happy thoughts. My name is Paul, and I'm an evidence-based coach who is genuinely annoyed with the amount of misinformation and pseudoscience in the nutrition world.

I've seen too many smart, capable people (just like you) get absolutely wrecked by the diet cycle. They come to me feeling broken, convinced the problem is their lack of willpower. It's a load of rubbish. The problem isn't you; it's the flawed strategy you've been sold.

My entire coaching philosophy is built on cutting through that noise. I don't do quick fixes, I don't sell magic pills, and I definitely don't do happy-clappy, woo-woo rubbish. What I do is provide clear, science-backed frameworks that give you back control. I help you unlearn the diet industry's garbage rules and learn how to work with your body, not against it.
